Calvi Brambilla

Fabio Calvi (Pavia, 1969) studied Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan and the Brunel University of West London. He made his debut designing the personal exhibition of the photographer Albert Watson in Milan. Paolo Brambilla (Lecco, 1973) studied Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan and the Polytechnic University of Barcelona. He taught Interior Design at the School of Design and was a Councilor of the Chamber of Architects of Milan. Fabio Calvi and Paolo Brambilla have worked together since 2006, concentrating their activity on interiors, exhibition and product design. Following the example of the great masters of Italian design, they work at different scales, giving life to projects permeated by a subtle irony although based on solid functionality. Since 2023 the studio is supported by the design company Calvi Brambilla and Partners which includes Marisa Rotolo, engineer, and Maurizio Diraco, Interior designer.
